Here are the unofficial results for the 2025 November general election in Muskingum County

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) — According to unofficial results, 17% of registered voters in Muskingum County cast ballots in the 2025 November general election.
Voters in the City of Zanesville selected Karla Frye (D) with 1263 votes, Mark E. Ballmer (D) with 1197 votes and Joey Pennybaker Osborn (R) with 1197 votes to fill Council at Large seats. Cody Pettit (R) received 1149 votes.
Voters in the City of Zanesville selected Ralph D. Hennessy (R) with 380 votes to fill a Council seat. Brandon Heddleson (D) received 271 votes.
Voters served by the Licking Valley School District selected Craig Alan Nethers with 2 votes as a board member, while Julie A. Stedman, Casey Williams, and Luellen P. Deeds tied for the remaining two seats with 1 vote each.
Voters in Muskingum Township selected Ed Fell with 504 votes and Michael Maniaci with 482 votes to fill Council seats. Todd Graham received 404votes.
Voters in Newton Township selected Larken Slack with 467 votes and Charles Randy Elson with 328 votes to fill Council seats. Shane Stephenson received 288 votes, while Jim Smith received 231, and Brandon Stackhouse 112.
Voters in Salt Creek Township selected Nate Linscott with 207 votes and Alan Smith with 205 votes to serve as Trustees. Kevin Deal received 116 votes.
Voters in Springfield Creek Township selected Casey Philips with 547 votes and Randy A. Ziemer with 484 votes to serve as Trustees. Justin H. Sode received 280 votes.
Voters served by the Tri-Valley Local School District selected Andrea Frueh Collet with 1523 votes and Luke Davis with 1081 votes to serve as board members. Nick Howard received 1019 votes, while Rosie Nicholson received 810 votes.
Voters in the Village of South Zanesville selected Kyle Coconis with 129 votes, Greg Gibson with 126 votes, Timothy L. Adams with 104 votes and Danny Lee Wiseman with 98 votes to fill Council seats. Adrian Browning received 84 votes, Donald Stillion, II received 65 votes and Michael A. Nunley received 56 votes.
Voters living in Wayne Township from Muskingum County selected Donald G. Alexander with 638 votes and Josh Swingle with 565 votes to serve as Trustees. Douglas Staker received 239 votes.
Voters in Adams Township approved a proposed five year 1 mill additional levy for fire protection with 80% casting ballots in favor.
Voters in Blue Rock Township approved a proposed five year 1.5 mills renewal levy for fire protection with 76% casting ballots in favor.
Voters in Jackson Township approved a proposed five year 0.45 mills renewal levy for cemetery maintenance with 51% casting ballots in favor.
Voters in Monroe Township rejected a proposed five year 0.25 mills additional levy for cemetery maintenance with 68% casting ballots against.
Voters in Monroe Township rejected a proposed five year 1 mill renewal levy for fire protection with 52% casting ballots against.
Voters in Monroe Township rejected a proposed five year 0.25 mills additional levy for general construction with 57% casting ballots against.
Voters in Muskingum County approved a proposed ten year 2 mills additional levy for child support services with 62% casting ballots in favor.
Voters in Muskingum County approved a proposed five year 0.2 mills additional levy for parks and trails maintenance with 56% casting ballots in favor.
Voters in Newton Township approved a proposed five year 3 mills additional levy for parks and trails maintenance with 61% casting ballots in favor.
Voters in Springfield Township Unincorporated rejected a proposed five year 2 mills additional levy for general construction with 55% casting ballots against.
Voters served by the Tri-Valley Joint Fire District approved a proposed five year 3 mills additional levy for fire protection with 54% casting ballots in favor.
Voters in the Village of Philo approved a proposed five year 2.3 mills renewal levy for current operating expenses with 54% casting ballots in favor.
