Here are the unofficial results for the 2025 November general election in Scioto County

SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) — According to unofficial results, 19.67% of registered voters in Scioto County cast ballots in the 2025 November general election.
Voters in the city of Portsmouth selected David Malone with 242 votes to fill the City Council Ward 1 seat. Sean Dunne received 131 votes.
Voters in the city of Portsmouth selected Chris Neff with 267 votes to fill the City Council Ward 5 seat. Edwin Martell received 160 votes.
Voters in the Village of New Boston selected Ryan Ottney with 88 votes and Mike Meehan with 83 votes to fill Council at Large seats. Jon Mills received 82 votes.
Voters in Bloom Township selected Duane Hagen with 336 votes and Ron Kanouse with 275 votes to serve as Trustees. Garry A. Barnett received 159 votes.
Voters in Jefferson Township selected Don Conaway with 353 votes and Earl Canter with 315 votes to serve as Trustees. D. Jeremy Buckle received 139 votes.
Voters in Morgan Township selected Russell Montgomery with 237 votes and Brad Phipps with 233 votes to serve as Trustees. Chance Deemer received 143 votes.
Voters in Rush Township selected Danny Wheelersburg with 376 votes and Rickey Hiles with 327 votes to serve as Trustees. John R. Howard received 220 votes.
Voters served by the Minford Board of Education in Scioto County selected Jeremy Hickman with 572 votes, Brandon Sherman with 446 votes and Tehra Clevenger with 437 votes to serve as board members. Todd Cron received 378 votes.
Voters served by the New Boston Board of Education in Scioto County selected Brian Holbrook with 96 votes, Melissa Maple Williams with 88 votes and Adam Kurtz with 79 votes to serve as board members. Alisha Goddard received 74 votes.
Voters served by the Northwest Local Schools Board of Education in Scioto County selected Tommy Crabtree with 671 votes, Nicholas Kingrey with 571 votes and Reginald Redoutey with 539 votes to serve as board members. Jason Taylor received 505 votes, Donald Ferguson received 420 votes, Chris Niziol received 408 votes, while Randy Dalton received 377 votes.
Voters served by the Scioto Valley Board of Education in Scioto County cast 5 votes for Darrell Reno, 3 votes for Julie Galloway, 2 votes for Aaron B. Lapp and 2 votes for Brian Birkhimer. This race is combined with Pike County.
Voters served by the Valley School District Board of Education in Scioto County selected Terri Gregory with 621 votes and Philip Shephard with 511 votes to serve as board members. Dale Foster received 357 votes.
Voters served by the Wheelersburg Board of Education in Scioto County selected Matt Miller with 807 votes, Jonathan Eaton with 654 votes and Jenny Chamberlin with 591 votes to serve as board members. Amy DeFoe received 372 votes while Shawn Stratton received 127 votes.
