Here are the unofficial 2026 Primary Election results for Tuscarawas County

TUSCARAWAS COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) – According to unofficial results, 13,819 registered voters in Tuscarawas County cast ballots in the 2026 May primary election.
In the race to be the Republican nominee for County Auditor, Lisa Contini earned 4,171 votes, while Brett Hillyer earned 3,474 votes.
Voters in Auburn Township approved a Fire and EMS Levy – Renewal (2 mills/5 years) by a vote of 85 to 19.
Voters in Auburn Township approved a Streets, Roads and Bridges Levy – Renewal (3 mills/5 years) by a vote of 82 to 22.
Voters in Bucks Township voted down a Streets, Roads and Bridges Levy – Additional (2 mills/5 years) by a vote of 40-37.
Voters living in the Dover Library District approved a Current Expenses Levy – Renewal (1 mill/5 years) by a vote of 1,894-670.
Voters living in the Joint Union Cemetery area approved an Operating And Maintenence Levy – Renewal (0.5 mills/5 years) by a vote of 561-263.
Voters in Mineral City Village voted down a income tax levy by a vote of 76-19.
Voters in Newcomerstown Village approved an income tax levy by a vote of 217-147.
Voters in Strasburg Village approved a Fire and Emergency Equipment Levy – Renewal (1 mill/5 years) by a vote of 239-160.
Voters in Tuscarawas Village voted down a Current Expenses Levy – Additional (2.4 mills/5 years) by a vote of 88-76.
