Here are the unofficial 2026 Primary Election results for Morgan County
< < Back toMORGAN COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) – According to unofficial results, 27.2% of registered voters in Morgan County cast ballots in the 2026 May Primary Election.
In the race to be the Republican party’s nominee for county commissioner, Cecil Mayle earned 1,382 votes and Bill Jenkins earned 424 votes.
A 1.97 mills renewal levy for the county boards of developmental disabilities was approved by a vote of 1,222 to 1,010.
Voters in Deerfield Township approved a 0.4 mill, five-year renewal levy for fire protection by 98 to 29.
Voters in the Village of Malta approved a 1.35 mills, five-year renewal levy for street maintenance by 74 to 23.
And in York Township, an additional 0.5 mill, five-year fire protection levy was approved by a vote of 57 to 49.
