Murray's motorcycle struck the other motorcycle from behind while both were traveling at about 45 mph, according to the OSP report. Neither driver were wearing helmets and all three were ejected. Erika Flynn was wearing a helmet but still sustained injuries.
All three were transported to O'Bleness Memorial Hospital, then transferred by MedFlight helicopter to Grant Medical Center.
Murray suffered head injuries and the Flynns were listed as having incapacitating injuries. Holbrook said they are in stable condition as of Monday.
Alcohol is not suspected to be a factor in the crash, according to the report.
