Accused Mobile Meth Lab Operator Sentenced
< < Back to accused-mobile-meth-lab-operator-sentencedA West Virginia resident accused of attempting to manufacture methamphetamine was sentenced to nearly a year in prison Thursday.
The Athens County Prosecutor’s office said Harley B. Mollohan, 40, of Pinch, pleaded guilty to Attempted Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs after being charged earlier this year.
Mollohan was arrested alongside William Gunnoe, of Saint Albans, after being pulled over on U.S. 33 in March. The two were suspected of operating a mobile meth lab after meth-making ingredients were found in their vehicle.
Judge Allan Goldsberry sentenced Mollohan was sentenced to 9 months in prison.
