Fatal Motorcycle Accident In Fairfield County

A man is dead after a two vehicle crash in Fairfield County last night.
State Highway Patrol Troopers say Thomas Bender, 53, was ejected from his motorcycle at the intersection of Wright Road and School House Road in Violet Township after hitting Timothy Vedrinsky, 44, who turned in front of him.
Bender was transported by ambulance to Grant Hospital where he later died.
Troopers say he was not wearing a motorcycle helmet at the time of the crash.
Vedrinsky was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
