Two Zanesville Men In Prison for Pharmacy Healthcare Fraud

Douglas Bolden and James Ireland of Zanesville worked at Three Rivers Infusion and Pharmacy Specialist owned by Barbara Elise Miller.
Miller led a scheme to defraud health care benefit programs like Ohio Medicad and Medicare.
Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine's office charged the men along with Miller for fraud after they pleaded guilty for taking between $1 million to $2.5 million dollars from state and federal insurance companies.
Both men will have to pay fines and serve two months in prison. Bolden must pay over $130,000 in fines while Ireland must pay over $16,000.
Bolden voluntarily surrendered his pharmacy license as part of his plea agreement. Both defendant's fines will be applied to the joint restitution owed by Miller.
The men have until November 12th, 2013 to surrender to authorities.
