PHOTOS: 2013 Athens Halloween Block Party

Thousands of Ohio University students, local residents and out-of-towners made their way to uptown Athens last night for the annual Halloween Block Party, held on Court Street.

The event, which has been a yearly tradition since 1974, featured a half-dozen bands, a DJ and a costume contest.
