Meigs County Unofficial Election Results

Prosecuting attorney incumbent Colleen Williams lost to James K. Stanley. Stanley received 3,184 votes, while Williams received 1,627.
Incumbent Randy Smith beat Meigs County Court bailiff and probation officer Larry D. Tucker in the race for the Republican county commissioner nomination. Smith will get a chance to run for a second term with 2,784 votes in comparison to Tucker’s 2,007.
Diane Lynch will not get the chance to continue into a third term in the position of Republican clerk of courts. Winner Sammi Sisson Mugrage won the nomination with 2,632 votes, beating Lynch’s 2171.
