Breckenridge took part in the Ames Free Agent Showcase over the weekend of Sep. 16-18. His performance earned him an invite to the Havoc’s main camp in October. Breckenridge was the only player to be invited to Huntsville’s main camp of the 20 that participated in the showcase.
As part of the graduating class of 2016, Breckenridge played for the Bobcats from 2012-2016 and was the captain of the team last season. In 112 career games, Breckenridge scored 13 goals and had 12 assists to give him 25 points in his career as a Bobcat.
The Havoc play in the Southern Professional League. The league began play in the fall of 2004 and this year will have 10 teams, most of which are located in the Southeast. Huntsville plays its first game on Oct. 21 against the Peoria Rivermen.
