Men’s Basketball: Ohio to play at Ohio State on Sunday in scrimmage

According to CBSSports.com's Jeff Goodman, John Groce's squad will play the third-ranked Buckeyes almost three weeks before they start regular season play against Tennessee-Martin on November 13.
The scrimmage will be closed to the public.
The last time Ohio played Ohio State in basketball was November 16, 1994 in the pre-season NIT. The Bobcats beat the Buckeyes 74-67 in Columbus in that season's opening game, according to Ohio Assistant Media Relations Director Drew Wiseman.
In 2011, Ohio returns starting point guard DJ Cooper (ranked by CBSSports.com as the 21st-best PG in America), forward Ivo Baltic (11.4 ppg in 2010) and Nick Kellogg (7.4 ppg) to a team that finished 19-16 last season.
The Buckeyes return first-team All-American Jared Sullinger (17.2 ppg, 10.2 rpg) to a squad that reached the NCAA Sweet 16 in 2010 with a record of 34-3.
