Let’s Begin! Adult Introduction to Rhythm and Drumming

Music therapist Guinevere Whitford will lead us on our way to the feel-good place of finding the beat and creating music. We’ll shake, groove, drum, count, and feel out the basics of rhythm with percussion. No musical experience necessary, and instruments are provided, or bring your own.
