When Philo coach Dirk Lincicome arrived in Duncan Falls in 2010, he inherited a team that hadn't made the playoffs since 1995. The Electrics ended that streak last season when Lincicome took the Electrics back to the postseason. MVL reporter Karli Bell looks at a motto that Lincicome brought with him that is a key reason for the Electrics revival.
