Stress effects every organ system in our bodies, as well as our everyday wellbeing. It is the cause of and contributor to many chronic and acute health issues. Herbs are extremely effective at relieving stress, anxiety and tension, in adults as well as in teens and children. Herbs can help both to relieve acute nervous system issues, as well as to shift long term stress patterns. We will be covering many herbs that work on these levels in detail, talking about how they work in the body and specifics of dosage and preparation.
