In celebration with The Dairy Barn Arts Center, Rock Riffle Run Pottery celebrates National Clay Week 2018.

Susan Abramovitz has been a production potter for over 40 years. A 1974 graduate of The Cleveland Institute of Art (BFA in ceramics), her work experience includes a year in Maine on Deer Isle as a production potter. Following that, for 3 years she was head of the Case Western Reserve University Ceramics Department in Cleveland Ohio. In 1978, settling in Athens County and establishing Rock Riffle Run Pottery. Susan has toured the country for several years doing wholesale trade shows and retail craft fairs. Currently she works in her studio, making pottery and shipping it to customers across the US.

Susan will be demonstrating her work, as well as giving tours of her studio and gallery.
