When the Ohio men’s basketball team hosts their first Division I opponent of the season, Chris Clemons will be making the trip with the Campbell Fighting Camels Monday night.

Clemons is one of the most exciting players in the country, scoring over 25 PPG his last two seasons of college basketball. Clemons is truly a one man show for Campbell as he finished the past two seasons second in the country in usage percentage, which tracks the percentage of possessions used by a player while he is on the floor.

Despite the massive amount of responsibility that Clemons takes on the offense, he scores at a remarkably efficient clip. The 5-foot-9 point guard can score from all three parts of the floor, he actually threw down 15 dunks last season, has made 84 percent of his free throw attempts, and 36 percent of his three-point tries despite chucking over eight-per-game.

Clemons entered this season tied for the NCAA lead in active scoring with Mike Daum, the two players have scored exactly 2232 points throughout their remarkable careers. If both players continue at their pace they have scored the past two seasons, they could become the 9th and 1oth players to score 3,000 or more points in a college basketball career.

Clemons hasn’t missed a beat to start off his senior campaign: he’s scored 71 points in the Fighting Camels’ first two games of the season and is posting a ridiculous .661 TS percentage through two games.

“You will want to get out to the Convo to watch this game because Clemons is electric,” Ohio head coach Saul Phillips said.

The Bobcats will have the challenge of stopping Clemons on Nov. 12th when he comes to the Convocation center to take on the 1-0 Bobcats.

If you would like to learn more about his game through video form, I’d recommend watching this video from thestepien.com that focuses on some of his best traits that can correlate to the NBA.

If you want to see some more highlights you can watch this video from Ball is life, you can see how Clemons has the ability to go coast to coast with a stronger frame, some crazy vertical athleticism from a 5’9 guard, and the shot making ability off the dribble.
