Taught by Caty Crabb, Clinical Herbalist, of Appalachian Ohio Herb Clinic and Wildfire Herbs. It’s spring! Students are invited to come and learn about easy-to-grow plants that can help keep them healthy. Caty will cover 10 safe herbs that are effective for many different health health problems. Instruction will include how to use each plant, what they do in the body, as well as harvest and preparation. Learn how to safely and confidently use herbal medicine at home.
