Meet the speaker!
This month’s theme, Preserve, will be handled by certified food nerd, Tessa Evanosky. The lecture will outline the basic process for homemade Kimchi, Sauerkraut, and Kombucha. Using salt and fresh organic ingredients, participants will walk away with everything they need to know to create their own preserved vegetables just in time for garden season! They will also learn how to grow a Kombucha mother using strong tea and a jar of ready made Kombucha from the grocery store. There will be free breakfast and Donkey Coffee at the event.
