Self Myofascial Release Techniques

Adding a few self-myofascial release techniques to your regimen could improve your movement patterns, reduce aches and pains, increase range of movement and reduce inflammation. So, join us to learn quick and simple self-assessment tests and the self-myofascial techniques that are so easy you will actually want to do them outside of the workshop!

This workshop will include educational information and practical application, so wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in.
