House, apartment, cabin, campers, if you have a space and are ready to generate income from it, there’s room for you in the Air Bob market - especially in Eastern Kentucky. Only 18 percent of Airbnb listings are located in rural areas. Tourism and travel are growing, and home sharing can more directly benefit property owners and communities. Partcipants will learn how to: develop an Airbnb listing, market their property, comply with local taxes and regulations, connect with local tourism efforts.
