The Gladden House Sessions are now the Sycamore Sessions and this weekend they’ll feature sets from In the Pines, Tré Burt, S.G. Goodman, and more
< < Back toNELSONVILLE, Ohio (WOUB) — As the Nelsonville Music Festival kicks off today in a new location after a two year hiatus, so do the Sycamore Sessions. The stripped down performances from festival artists were formerly known as The Gladden House Sessions.
Cloistered between sycamore trees on the festival’s Snowfork Event Center grounds (5685 Happy Hollow Road), the inaugural Sycamore Sessions will include performances from Weedghost, The D-Rays, In the Pines, Myriam Gendron, The Lowest Pair, Adia Victoria, Michael Hurley, Blue Cactus, Tré Burt, Madi Diaz, S.G. Goodman, Sunny War, and more.
The sessions are being recorded and produced by students and staff of the Ohio University School of Media Arts and Studies and will be released in the weeks following the festival by WOUB. In the past the sessions have profiled artists on the precipice of mainstream success, such as Tyler Childers.
