The Voodoo Birds formed in 1990 in Athens, Ohio, and quickly became the area’s favorite party band who entertained Ohio University students for over a decade. In 1993 the band relocated to Chapel Hill, N.C. and played over a thousand live shows ranging from Michigan to Georgia.

The Voodoo Birds are back again to spread their Original Dance Groove with a show at the Union Bar, in Athens, Ohio, on May 20, 2023.
