Ages 16+

This class serves as a great introduction to the material. The techniques demonstrated are flexible for students interested in either (or both!) functional and sculptural forms. Students will learn how to pinch, coil and slab-build forms with emphasis on establishing solid construction skills. The last two classes will be devoted to enriching surfaces with glazes, underglazes and engobes.
