Here are the unofficial 2024 primary election results for Hocking County
< < Back to ?p=325577ATHENS, Ohio (WOUB) — A total of 28.49% of registered voters in Hocking County cast ballots in Tuesday’s primary election, according to unofficial election results.
Jason D’Onofrio will face Democrat Maggi Berry for Hocking County Commissioner for the term commencing January 2, 2025, in November after defeating his GOP primary opponent Larry P. Gerstner. D’Onofrio received 1,962 votes while Gerstner received 1,505 votes.
In the Republican primary for prosecuting attorney, Jennifer M. Graham will be on the November ballot after winning the race with 1,468 votes.
Hocking County Sheriff Lanny North will be up for reelection in November after defeating his primary opponent, Caleb J. Moritz. North received 2.367 votes while Moritz received 1,403.
Voters in Laurel Township approved the renewal of a fire levy with 158 votes for the levy and 94 votes against it.
