East Washington Street will be closed Monday for work on Athens City Hall cupola

ATHENS, Ohio (WOUB) — The city of Athens is closing part of East Washington Street Monday for work on the Athens City Hall cupola.
The street will close at 8 a.m. from College Street to the entrance of the Athens city parking garage.
Parking garage and City Hall access will remain open during business hours.
The closure ends at 6 p.m. Monday, but additional lane restrictions are expected through the week.
