Here are the unofficial results for the 2025 November general election in Harrison County

HARRISON COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) — According to unofficial results, 29.93% of registered voters in Harrison County cast ballots in the 2025 November general election.
Voters in Cadiz Village selected Alice Barr with 494 votes, Salvatore Deluca with 388 votes, Amy Ossman with 279 votes and Albert Peters with 275 votes to fill Village Council seats. John Vermillion Jr. received 253 votes, Jim Schladetsch received 157 votes and Mark Dowdle received 150 votes.
Voters in Archer Township selected Aaron Dodds with 45 votes to serve as trustee. Thomas Horn and Troy Blackburn tied for the second trustee seat having each received 28 votes.
Voters in Cadiz Township selected Jim Dowdle with 466 votes and Darwin Rose with 357 votes to serve as trustees. Andrew Palmer received 282 votes and Billy Hyde received 235 votes.
Voters in German Township selected D. Ryan Marker with 94 votes and Merle Mader Jr. with 92 votes to serve as trustees. Quint Mcfarland received 78 votes and Roger Edwards received 58 votes.
Voters in Monroe Township selected Dustin Willoughby with 153 votes and Andrew Slentz with 82 votes to serve as trustees. Larry Nardi Jr. received 71 votes.
Voters served by the Conotton Valley Union Local School District in Harrison County selected Nichole Bower with 151 votes and Shawn Leggett with 119 votes to fill school board seats. Jason Galigher received 106 votes.
Voters served by the Harrison Hills School District in Harrison County selected D.J. Watson with 1,308 votes, Deborah Kenny with 1,230 votes and Julie Dickerson with 1,071 votes to fill school board seats. Kristen Willis received 1,039 votes and Shellie Henderson received 926 votes.

Voters in Franklin Township approved a proposed 5 year 1 mill renewal levy for fire protection with 73% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Green Township rejected a proposed continuing 1.5 mills additional levy for roads with 54% casting ballots against.
Voters in Moorefield Township approved a proposed 5 year 0.5 mills renewal levy for cemetery maintenance with 86% casting ballots in favor.
