Two Arrested For Meth Manufacturing Near Children In Portsmouth

Crystal Collier, 34, and Troy Munion, 28, were arrested Tuesday night after members of the Southern Ohio Drug Task Force and FBI executed a Narcotics-related search warrant at Collier's Clay Township home.
Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini says upon entering the residence, detectives seized an active one pot methamphetamine cook, various chemicals and equipment used to produce the drug, evidence of drug trafficking, and drug paraphernalia.
At detectives' request, Scioto County Children Services responded to the scene and removed Collier's three children from the residence.
Collier and Munion are now in the Scioto County Jail.
Collier is held on $40,000 bond and Munion is held on $30,000.
