The Athens Athletics Club is thrilled to be chosen as a Wildwood Hometown Clinic for 2026! This FREE day-long event for middle school and high school female runners takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, at Ohio University’s Walter Hall. The day will feature audience-specific presentations and discussions about topics such as RED-S, mental performance, bone health, team culture, confidence and more. Nationally recognized researchers and coaches will lead the event with a high-quality curriculum rooted in evidence-based research. This event is free and includes lunch and swag items.
