Parkersburg Gets Grant Money For Law Enforcement

U.S. Senators Joe Manchin and Jay Rockefeller and Rep. Nick Rahall announced the funding from the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program on Thursday.
The grants will be used to buy equipment, pay overtime and provide other support. They include $99,357 for Huntington, $43,926 for Beckley, $39,999 for Morgantown, $38,355 for Parkersburg, $37,168 for Wheeling, $15,525 for South Charleston and $14,611 for Princeton.
