Pair In Car Wash Body Case Waive Preliminary Hearings
< < Back to pair-car-wash-body-case-waive-preliminary-hearingsThe two men involved in the death of a Parkersburg woman found in a the trunk of a car two weeks ago appeared in court for the first time Monday.
Victor Thompson, 34, and Arthur Thornton, 42, are each charged with concealing a deceased human body and conspiracy.
Both men are accused of hiding the body of 25-year-old Brandy Adams in the back of the her trunk and leaving the car in the bay of a car wash.
Police say Adams died at Meadowview Trailer Park and the men transported her body to the car wash.
Thompson and Thornton each waived their rights to a preliminary hearing.
The cases will go to the grand jury.
Police say drugs contributed to her death, but autopsy reports won't be available for awhile.
