Judge Reverses Decisions On Controversial Athens Housing Structure

The Safest Neigborhood Association filed a taxpayer lawsuit and two appeals in an attempt to block to the project.
The facility is now fully constructed with several families living in it and the question is what will happen to the building.
Although a decision has not officially been made, Lisa Eliason, chief city prosecutor said the city will likely appeal the decision.
