The Athens County Grand Jury returned indictments against the Albany man accused of robbing a Nelsonville bank, as well as two other men accused of helping him carry off another robbery involving a Glouster Carryout.

Prosecutor Keller Blackburn says Jason Johnson faces one count of aggravated robbery and one count of tampering with evidence in connection with the September 20 robbery of the Citizen's Bank.

Johnson allegedly had a firearm and demanded money from the teller.

He also faces charges in connection with the robbery of Jewel's Drive Thru Carryout on October 28, again brandishing a firearm and demanding money.

Blackburn says Timothy Orsborne and Anthony Carey were also indicted in connection with the carryout robbery.

The pair each face a charge of aggravated robbery.

Other charges are filed against Orsborne and Carey for unrelated incidents.

The three men are currently being held in the Southeast Ohio Regional Jail. Orsborne and Carey are set to be arraigned November 14.

No mugshot was available for Anthony Carey.
