Come mingle around the fire and hike with us at the 15^th Annual Groundhog Hike on Sunday February 4, 2018, sponsored by the Athens Conservancy and the Friends of Strouds Run!  Gather at 12 noon at Shelterhouse #2 (Bobcat Shelter near the boat ramp) in Strouds Run State Park. Those who wish to hike at their own pace are welcome to depart at any time (maps will be available).  Or join us on guided hikes: Longer hikes (4 miles) depart at 12:30 and 12:45. Shorter hikes (2 miles) depart at 1:15 and 1:30. We will return to the shelterhouse afterward for hot food and drinks! Bring the kids — everyone is welcome! Feel free to bring a snack to share.
