A True Love Story of the American Beaver

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and love will be in the air as we tour the Trimble Community Forest which is home to a multi-generational family of Beavers. Beavers mate for life which is a rare trait for most mammals. Mating season runs from about January to March (right now!). This two hour guided hike is the perfect opportunity for you and your loved ones to learn more about the unique and complex life of the American Beaver.
Terrain maybe icy and and uneven. Waterproof boots, crampons, and/or trekking poles are suggested.
