The Appalachian Ohio – West Virginia Connectivity Summit & Town Hall

FreeFCC Commissioner Mignon Clyburn has chosen Marietta, OH as a stop on her national listening tour, “Connecting Communities: Bridging the Communications and Opportunities Divide” on July 18. A daytime conference will begin at 9:30 am at Washington State Community College with workshops, panels and a screening of a film about community broadband before the Commissioner arrives early afternoon to address the group and then take comments from county representatives. She will later address the public at an open Town Hall at Marietta High School beginning at 6:00 p.m. Participants in the free daytime conference must register at Eventbrite.com.
The Town Hall is first come, first served seating with doors opening at 5:00 pm.
