The Athens County Community Singers, (ACCS) “a choir for all voices” is presenting a Sacred Music Concert at Christ Community Wesleyan Church on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.  Selections include hymns, spirituals, praise songs and audience sing-a-longs that the entire family will enjoy!  This event is free and open to the public, but a love offering will be accepted.  This performance group is made up of individuals from Athens County with and without disabilities.  You will enjoy choir selections, solos and the choir playing instruments to accompany themselves as well as featuring the Johnson family.  ACCS is a non-profit organization that supports the adult choir as well as Beacon Singers, a transitional choir for students at Beacon School.  ACCS received an Ohio Arts Council Grant, partially funded by the National Endowment of the Arts for its 2017-2018 choir year as well as funding from Athens Foundation.
