This year’s Athens County Humane Society Garden Tour, scheduled for June 9th, will feature a variety of interests, including small-space vegetable gardens, native and pollinator gardens, and landscaping strategies. All of the gardens will be in Athens, The Plains, or close by. Proceeds help fund the important work ACHS does to help animals and pet owners in Athens County. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at www.athenshumane.org or on the day of the event. Raffle tickets for three separate packages (Pamper Yourself; Bird Lovers; and Gardening) will be available online for $10 each, beginning in early May.
