You are invited to attend the 42nd Annual Athens Invitational Marching Festival on Saturday, October 1 at 10:00am at Athens High School’s Basil Rutter Field! This festival is the 3rd longest running marching band festival in the state of Ohio. High School bands from Southeast and Central Ohio will perform at this prestigious event! Bands scheduled to perform include: Southern, Southeastern, Minford, Bloom-Carroll, Fairfield Union, Meigs, Northwest, Portsmouth West, Wellston, Hilliard Davidson, Lancaster, and Athens. The festival is sponsored by the Athens Band Boosters, Kiwanis Club of Downtown Athens, and Chauncey-Dover Lions. Admission is $5 and proceeds go to benefit these community organizations.
