Buddhist Teacher Visits Athens

Khenpo Ugyen Tenzin and translator Khenpo Sangye Trinley will give a reading transmission of the Heart Sutra. This sutra is a call to practice wisdom and compassion. Chanted aloud daily by all the Mahayana branches of Buddhism, the Heart Sutra remains an enduring presence of enlightenment in the world and a means for us to free ourselves and others from suffering. Khenpo Ugyen Tenzin will tell the story of this sutra and show us how to use it to inspire ourselves in our daily meditation practice. Send questions to athensktcemail@gmail.com
