At a time where there is much unrest and hurt due to our volatile political climate, we will explore ways to care for ourselves and each other.  Queer poet and feminist activist Audre Lorde powerfully reflected “Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”  We will discuss different strategies on building our individual and collective resilience.
