Community members are invited to join Rural Action, in partnership with Hocking
College and Tri-County Career Center Culinary Arts, for a Farm to Institution to School Volunteer Orientation on Tuesday, May 15. Food safety and food preparation training sessions will take place at 10:00 AM-11:00 AM and 12:30 PM-1:30 PM. An optional informational session will take place from 11:15 AM-12:15 PM. Those attending will learn food preparation and safety skills for food processing for Farm to Institution to School and will leave with a certificate of participation.
