Grass: The Solar Super Food

Shawn and Beth Dougherty have spent 20 years transforming the Sow’s Ear Farm and Pottery, and a neighboring monastery, from land “not suitable for agriculture” into rich, diverse, sustainable farms that provide almost all of what their family and farm animals eat (as well as much of what the Franciscan sisters eat), while growing fertility, resilience and a vibrant rural culture.
Held at Solid Ground Farm. Workshops are open to the public, free for CFI members, and $5 for non-members.
