Gwendolyn S. Corbett – Children’s Book Reading and Sing-a-Long!

A flyer that reads: The Bowen House Presents: Gwendolyn S. Corbett - Book Reading and Sing-a-Long! Local author Gwendolyn S. Corbett, will read her latest children’s book, “Sleep Little Raven,” a bedtime story for children ages 0-8. The author has also written and will perform her a cappella lullaby which compliments her book. Admission is free. Saturday, October 15th, 11 a.m. The author is a singer, songwriter, alternative healer, poet, and author of several children’s books. Partial proceeds from this book will go to the poorest Native American Reservations. The Bowen House 196 North Market Street, Logan, www.bowenhouse.org, 740-385-0344. The flyer is blue and has a picture of the author and also a picture of the cover of her book.

The author, Gwendolyn Corbett, was raised in Logan, Ohio.  She would like to read her newest children’s book, Sleep Little Raven, and encourage the children to sing-a-long with her the lyrics put to melody.  A portion of the book proceeds will be donated to the poorest Native American reservations.
