Harvest Dinner

Please join us for our largest annual fundraiser, the Harvest Dinner, to celebrate the community’s love for healthy, local food. These are all the amazing things you won’t want to miss:

* Live performance by Word of Mouth Jazz Band
* Cash Bar featuring local spirits
* Delicious meal inspired by the season’s harvest, prepared by Christine Hughes and Bob O’Neil, owners of Village Bakery:
Main course of brick oven roasted polenta with garlic and heirloom tomatoes, and Apple pear cobbler topped with Snowville cream fraiche for dessert

Purchase tickets online at: www.communityfoodinitiatives.org/harvestdinner or contact the CFI office at 740.593.5971 to arrange an in-person purchase. The cost of a ticket is on a sliding scale, based on the payment that is most meaningful for you.

Proceeds from this event go toward the continuous support of CFI programs including local community gardens, workshops, school gardens, seed sovereignty, and the Donation Station, that distribute local produce to food pantries and agencies in Athens, Meigs, Morgan and Vinton Counties.
