One of the finest bluegrass bands in central Kentucky, No Tools Loaned, will perform on the second concert of the Ironton Council for the Arts 2018-19 subscription concert series on Saturday, October 27 at 7:30 p.m. in the Ohio University Southern Collins Center Bowman Auditorium. Admission is $10 and tickets are available at the door. Ohio University students are admitted free with ID.
