Pelvic Floor & Abdominal Recovery After Childbirth

The Birth Circle presents a discussion of postpartum recovery led by physical therapists Angel Thomas and Allison Barnett of OhioHealth. The discussion will focus on common postpartum diagnoses such as pelvic pain, incontinence and diastasis recti and will include helpful tips and exercises to manage symptoms.
Birth Circle monthly meetings are free and open to the public.
Children welcome to attend.

Items from our Lending Library are available to be checked out from Birth Circle meetings. In addition to books and other media, we have baby carriers, birthing balls and other supplies available for loan.
