Red Cross to Hold Volunteer Interest Meeting

The American Red Cross will hold a meeting for area residents who are interested in becoming volunteers for the Red Cross.    The meeting will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday,      January 26^th at the Red Cross building, 100 S. May Avenue in Athens.

Information on volunteer opportunities will be presented, and current Red Cross volunteers will be there to describe the benefits of their work.    There is no obligation to sign up.   Refreshments will be served.  For more information call the Red Cross at 740-593-5273.
