We will be available on Friday September 30th from 11AM to 1PM to accept applications for diaper assistance. If you are approved, you will return the following day to pick up the diapers. You can also apply at our office in the Plains Monday through Thursday 9AM to 2PM.

To qualify for diapers, you must meet the following guidelines:

Receive benefits or under 200% poverty guidelines

Must be legal guardian

Residence of Athens or Meigs County

You must also bring the following documentation:

Proof of Income or Benefits: paystubs from past 30 days or current benefit award letter

Current Photo ID

Social Security Cards or Crib cards

Proof of Legal Guardianship: custody papers or birth certificate

Proof of Residency: Must be an Athens or Meigs County resident. Must have street address and date within 30 days
