The Performing Arts Academy (PAA) at Shawnee State University is designed as a preparatory program for students age 3-18 years of age who are interested in entering the world of the performing arts. The PAA offers classes in Creative Movement, ABT NTC Ballet, Contemporary Dance and Tap. The Academy believes in cultivating a professional, nurturing and caring environment where students can thrive in the arts. Classes start August 26th at Shawnee State University’s Vern Riffe Center for the Arts. The Academy will be holding an open house and registration on August 20th from 5-7pm, PAA classes run from August-December.
